Update

We have had a busy week. Last weekend our friend Akram and her daughter Katie came to visit. We went to Fair on the Square. We shopped, rode ponies, and ate a lot. We saw lots of friends and had a great time. Bill, Tommy's cousin came to go to the SHSU football game. I took both kids to the game. I was a little nervous, but thankfully we have lots of friends that helped out with Maecee and Davis. Kathryn took Maecee to the potty and Mike's mom held Davis while I took Maecee to get a pizza. I am very grateful for the help. SHSU lost the game.

Maecee stayed home on Tuesday and we all went to Sonic. It was muddy at the playground and all the kids were rolling around in the mud. Maecee didn't get as muddy as I thought she would, but she had a great time. Thursday was MOPS. Maecee had a great time playing with all her church friends. I really enjoyed my first MOPS meeting. I think it is something I could learn a lot from and meet lots of new friends. It makes me envy all my stay at home friends even more. Today Davis and I are at home alone trying to get some house cleaning done. Tomorrow Tommy is leaving for a game. I hope the Bearkats can get a win! We really need one!
