Interesting!!!???

Well once again my darling daughter has something interesting to add to her list of unbelievables. She always has to potty before going to bed. I sent her to the bathroom to potty while I was watching the last few seconds of American Idol. I am on the couch and can see her turned around the wrong way bent over on the toilet. I had a suspicion what she might be doing. I walk in the bathroom to check on her and her hair was wet. I asked her if she had stuck her head in the toilet. She said "yes." I explained to her that was nasty because that is where we poop. I said now you have poop water in your hair and that is gross. I told her to wash her hands. I came back to check on her and she was brushing her hair. I made the comment, "Are you brushing all the poop out of your hair?" She said "yes" and put the brush away saying, "now all the poop is out." Well this definitely has to fall in the category of Tommy stunts. I could see Tommy doing something like this as a child. Myself on the other hand, I am sure I was sanitizing the toilet at 3 years old before I would even touch it. A thought like sticking my head in a toilet would have never entered my mind. I knew I would pay for Tommy's raising...hahaaa!

On a sweeter note. Maecee has thought of her own nickname for Davis. As of Monday, he is now Davey. All she calls him is Davey. I asked Rosemary if she heard someone else calling him Davey. She said she has not called him Davey. I guess Maecee just came up with it all on her own. When we named him Davis, Tommy said you know everyone is going to call him Dave. I quickly told Tommy that I would correct anyone who called him that, because we named him Davis and that is what we are calling him. Obviously I have had a change of heart. Hearing Maecee call him Davey is just too cute.

Davis had a little fever this afternoon when I picked him up at Rosemary's. Not sure what is going on there. Maecee has kept her panties dry 2 days in a row. She gets a piece of gum when I pick her up if her panties are dry. Hopefully it will keep working. Tommy has been gone since Monday. Maecee has never missed him more. I dread June when he will be gone for 7 days straight. Maecee's heart will break. I found out that I am teaching summer school this summer. I will have my PPCD students and probably some extras. I am going to have a friend's daughter come to the house to watch the kids. Summer school is Monday- Thursday so I am planning a lot of day trips for Fridays. I think Maecee will really enjoy getting out and doing things this summer. This is a fun age. I enjoy doing things with her.
