Memorial Day Weekend

What a great family weekend. I loved having the extra day off. I got a lot done around the house and had some great family bonding time. Our weekend consisted of swimming, Maecee's new trampoline, relaxing and cooking out.
Maecee started gymnastics last week. She has only been once, but seems to enjoy it.

Davis is now crawling allover the place. No more scooting. He is pulling up on many things. He is growing so fast. We had to go buy him some pajamas. His other ones were too small. We had to get him 12 months. He is already wearing some 18 month stuff also. A big thanks to Angie for all the clothes. They are getting some good use and they are adorable on our little guy!

Maecee swimming. She loved wearing the goggles. We need to get her a pair. She is so brave. She jumps in the water all without someone to catch her. She even jumped off the diving board.

Davis loved floating in the water. It was a little cold, but he didn't mind.

Maecee and Davis relaxing after a long day. Maecee loves her little Davey. Davey is her new nickname for him. I think it is so cute. She likes to stay in the nursery with Davis at church. A lady asked her is she wanted to go to her class with the other big kids and she said that she wanted to stay with her Davey.

Daddy finally got Maecee's trampoline put together. We picked it up Saturday. Tommy put it together after church on Sunday. Maecee waited so patiently. I think she will be on this trampoline most of the summer. We got our swimsuits on and put the sprinkler under it. It was a blast. Maecee wanted to swing so I put some toys on the trampoline for Davis, I zipped him up in there (not when the sprinkler was on, of course) and he crawled all over. I thought I should have got one of these when Maecee was a baby. It is just like a big playpen.Daddy and his little princess. She is always so proud of Daddy when he fixes something. She was telling some strange lady in Wal- Mart that her Daddy fixed her trampoline. It is funny how Daddy is a hero when he changes the batteries in something. I love that making her happy is so simple. Carlos came to visit a couple of weeks ago. I thought this was a cute picture and wanted to share it.
